Taya Jackson Scott, EdD, is the institutional SACSCOC liaison, as well as the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) Chief Innovation Officer. In her role as the SACSCOC liaison, she oversees campus-wide academic accreditation. In this capacity, she ensures that MSM is meeting all guidelines for compliance with accreditation requirements and that they are incorporated into the planning and evaluation process of the institution. Furthermore, she ensures that MSM is comprehensively documenting its institutional processes to reflect its execution of academic excellence.
